Consult us if you need to set up, spruce up or evaluate the Instructional Design function in your organization/institution, regardless of whether it is K -12, Higher Education, Vocational Training, Corporate Training, or Training for Special Needs. We will help you design the overarching learning design philosophy for your institution, as well as define processes, standards, style guides, and deliverable formats and templates.
Phase 1
Thought Leadership: In this phase, we will work closely with your team of content experts and other stakeholders to understand the following: nature of content, learning approach, and the learning outcomes of the various programs currently offered by your institution/organization. This will help us to define the Overall Learning Philosophy (solution) to be adopted and the processes, formats and templates to be put in place as part of the complete solution.
Phase 2
Training and Certification: In Phase 2, we will identify content – online training modules that your trainers, teachers and Subject Matter Experts can take, or customized instructor-led sessions that they can attend. After the target audience completes the training, they can attempt the online assessment, or submit an assignment and get certified in a specific level in Instructional Design.
Phase 3
Mentoring and Handing Over: After your team completes the training identified for them, we will mentor and certify 5-6 people from the team to become leaders in managing learning and development needs of your organization.
