Facilitation Skills Workshop

The workshop “Facilitation Skills” will provide participants with insights, tools and techniques that will empower them to design an interactive instructor-led program for adult learners and deliver the same in a classroom environment.

Program Outcomes

  2. Distinguish between facilitation and other forms of people-development.
  3. Illustrate the process of facilitating classroom training.
  4. Describe the planning and execution of facilitated discussions.
  5. Describe the planning and execution of team activities.
  6. Identify methods and techniques to handle group dynamics.
  7. Explain the process of facilitating Case Studies and Role Play sessions.

Who should attend this workshop?

This workshop is meant for Subject Matter Experts and Trainers who design and conduct training sessions for working adults. Those who are driven, and want to learn how to design learning courses by applying the principles of andragogy (adult learning) will greatly benefit by attending this workshop.
