What you will Learn ?
Responding to an RFP is a complex activity. There are many sections that require inputs from different teams - which means many skill sets are involved, and it is a collaborative activity. The task becomes additionally difficult because the ask in every RFP varies - some may want a technical solution, others a unique design proposition, and some may be looking for run-of-the-mill solutions at a low cost. In this course, we will address the following: terminology related to RFPs; components of an RFP; types of RFPs; the RFP process; contributing teams; the three Cs of an RFP response, and RFP evaluation criteria.
