Goldilocks of the brain! It's a phrase coined by Amy Arnsten, professor of neurobiology at Yale Medical School. And it is a mantra that all those who teach and train must be aware of.     This topic is smartly divided into 2 separate courses:
    1) Cognitive Load Theory – this explains the working memory, Cognitive Load and limitations of working memory.
    2) Developing a Program outline – this explains the strengths of the working memory and how we can optimize it to design a effective program outline
