Developing a Program Outline
Goldilocks of the brain! It’s a phrase coined by Amy Arnsten, professor of neurobiology at Yale Medical School. And it is a mantra that all those who teach and train must be aware of. So, what does it mean and why is it important for us to consider when we develop the program outline? In this microlearning piece, we address the principles of working memory , how it impacts the learning process and thereby the design of learning material.
