ID Bootcamp

For the past two years, our fresh recruits have been attending the Instructional Design Bootcamp that ID Mentors conduct. The bootcamp is in a workshop format, which provides an overview to instructional design and specifically addresses storyboarding skills.

What’s unique about their training is the blended model – it includes instructor-led modules, online self-paced modules, online assessments and task-based assignments. The assignments are reviewed by the facilitators and specific feedback is provided to each participant. By the time the training concludes, the freshers understand all the fundamental concepts well and are ready to start work.
